How does this work?
The gameplay challenges in Naples will probably involve engaging in battles for Battle Beacons (essentially capturing and maintaining specific portals green) and engaging in battles for Shards (objects that travel trough links and must be scored in specific portals).
Goruck Challenges (Urban and Stealth) will probably contribute to site score, as well as Medias.
Your activities on the anomaly day will vary based on your team assignment. You will be grouped with fellow agents, as playing together enables effective coordination during the event.

Do I need to register with Niantic?
No. Niantic has made changes to the process, eliminating the requirement of registrating for active participation. Simply attending and interacting with 5 Battle Beacons should automatically grant you the anomaly medal.
The crucial step is to register on enl.rocks, enabling us to include you in our plans and ensure you have an exceptional weekend experience.
